We are looking for a MATERIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (H/F) Referent to come onboard in our Customer Services Directorate in Louis team : a team of 12 collaborators!

Your Mission

Under the Head of the Material Account Managers the Material Account Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction the sale and distribution of the spare parts for sales exchange repair and lease (under GMA contract or not).

We are seeking a highly motivated Material Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for managing customer material needs crucial to each customers operations ensuring alignment with ATRs quality and efficiency standards. In addition to standard MAM mission the MAM Referent will be responsible for animating the 3 poles of the team (Business commercial and innovation) following closely 2025 roadmap and associated projects.

The MATERIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER :

  • Ensures the satisfaction of their customer portfolio while matching the required service level minimize delays in their order backlog and handling different customer claims
  • Develops the business of spare parts in order to maximize turnover and margin on their portfolio.
  • Ensure adherence to ATRs safety and regulatory standards in all material handling processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the material management process.

The Referent:

  • Acts as SAP Technical and process expert for the team
  • Takes the lead to improve challenge and document MAM & its subcontractors processes (CG CP SOP)
  • Coordinates the transversal topics (with other services) to ease MAMs daily responsibilities
  • Animates the 3 poles (Business Commercial and innovation) to make sure 2025 Roadmap is followed and associated projects are progressing in time and quality

ACTIVITIES

1. Manage the sales

  • Daily followup of the orders backlog (spares and services) minimize delays and communicate to customers
  • Resolve the customer claims (quality pricing logistics invoicing cancellation)
  • Drive the subcontractors activities to ensure ATR commitments (response times to quotations and orders delivery times return deadlines payment conditions incoterms)
  • Build and drive the administrative and logistic indicators
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure the promotion and basic support in the use of the available digital tools

2. Analyze the sales activities

  • Support the HO Customer Order Desk in the preparation of the yearly spares logistics and sales objectives and action plan
  • Benchmark the ATR competitors on the aftersale segment to enhance profitability of ATRs offers
  • Build service level scorecard per customer review with core customer accounts on a quarterly basis
  • Follow the quotations into orders transformation rate to decline action plans and win sales

3. Develop customer satisfaction and the turnover through commercial actions:

  • Build and maintain a tight relationship with customers with quick response times and qualified answers through regular phone conferences and customer visits
  • Coordinate with the Pricing and Inventory departments to target the must sale parts and manage the associated sales campaigns
  • Pay attention to customer needs and maintenance planning in order to adapt offers and increase spares revenue
  • Take part in price negotiations for strategic orders in order to push sales
  • Put in place cross commercial actions with other services (sales of services CSD)

About you

  • Commercial supply chain or engineering background with 3 to 5 years Professional experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction

  • Technical Knowledge of aviation industry is advantageous

  • Sense of negotiation and commercial related skills

  • logistics knowledge

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Customer Relationship Management) are a plus

  • Strong Communication and proficiency in English and Spanish required. French or Portuguese desirable.

  • Demonstrated strength in interpersonal written and presentation skills

  • Advanced level Office pack SAP knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fist paced team environment

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

Nous recherchons un Material Account Manager trs motiv pour rejoindre notre quipe dynamique. Dans ce rle vous serez responsable de la gestion des besoins en matriel des clients essentiels aux oprations de chaque client en veillant lalignement avec les normes de qualit et defficacit dATR. En plus de la mission standard du MAM le MAM Rfrent sera responsable de lanimation des 3 ples de lquipe (Mtier commercial et innovation) en suivant de prs la feuille de route 2025 et les projets associs.

Le MATERIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER :

  • Assure la satisfaction de son portefeuille de clients tout en respectant le niveau de service requis minimise les retards dans son carnet de commandes et gre les diffrentes rclamations des clients
  • Dveloppe le business des pices de rechange afin de maximiser le chiffre daffaires et la marge de son portefeuille.
  • Veille au respect des normes de scurit et rglementaires dATR dans tous les processus de gestion des matriaux.

  • Suivi quotidien du carnet de commandes (pices de rechange et services) minimiser les retards et communiquer avec les clients
  • Rsoudre les rclamations des clients (qualit prix logistique facturation annulation)
  • Conduire les activits des soustraitants pour garantir les engagements dATR (dlais de rponse aux devis et commandes dlais de livraison dlais de retour conditions de paiement incoterms)
  • Construire et piloter les indicateurs administratifs et logistiques
  • Collaborer avec des quipes transversales pour augmenter lefficacit et la productivit
  • Assurer la promotion et le support de base dans lutilisation des outils numriques disponibles

Analyser les activits de vente

  • Soutenir le HO Customer Order Desk dans la prparation des objectifs et du plan daction annuels de logistique et de vente de pices de rechange
  • Faire du benchmarking des concurrents dATR sur le segment aprsvente pour amliorer la rentabilit des offres dATR
  • Construire un tableau de bord de niveau de service par client revoir avec les comptes clients principaux sur une base trimestrielle
  • Suivre le taux de transformation des devis en commandes pour dcliner des plans daction et gagner des ventes

Dvelopper la satisfaction des clients et le chiffre daffaires par des actions commerciales :

  • Construire et maintenir une relation troite avec les clients avec des temps de rponse rapides et des rponses qualifies par des confrences tlphoniques rgulires et des visites clients
  • Coordonner avec les dpartements Pricing et Inventory pour cibler les pices vendre et grer les campagnes de vente associes
  • Prter attention aux besoins des clients et la planification de la maintenance afin dadapter les offres et daugmenter les revenus des pices de rechange
  • Participer aux ngociations de prix pour les commandes stratgiques afin de pousser les ventes
  • Mettre en place des actions commerciales croises avec dautres services (vente de services CSD)

A propos de vous

  • Background commercial supply chain ou engineering avec 3 5 ans dexprience professionnelle
  • Minimum de 2 ans dexprience dans la gestion des relations clients et lamlioration de la satisfaction client

Comptences attendues :

  • Connaissance de lindustrie aronautique est un avantage
  • sens de la ngociation et comptences commerciales
  • connaissances en logistique
  • Certifications pertinentes (par exemple Gestion de la Relation Client) sont un plus
  • Excellente communication et matrise de langlais et de lespagnol requises. Le franais ou le portugais sont souhaitables. Force dmontre dans les comptences interpersonnelles crites et de prsentation
  • Niveau avanc du pack Office connaissance de SAP
