The Challenge
Be a leader among a team of content marketing professionals. Write and develop interesting and relevant content pieces that increase SEO brand visibility thought leadership and conversions for OneTrust and its product offerings. Bring new ideas to the content marketing team and broader marketing organization to build and develop the OneTrust Content Marketing strategy including writing editing promotion and reporting on the results of each content marketing initiative.
This is an opportunity to lead content marketing efforts for one or more of OneTrusts fastgrowing product lines. We are looking for a thoughtful experienced content marketer who loves technology and wants to build OneTrust as the enterprise platform for trust.
Note; This role is based in Madrid Spain. Relocation may be provided. This is not a 100% remote role.
Your Mission
The Senior Content Marketing Specialist will lead content efforts for OneTrust and its broad range of product offerings. Develop of a variety of content pieces tailored for various personas audiences and product lines. Build and develop content marketing strategies and plans and adapt programs based on their results and performance.
As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist you will:
- Own the execution of global content marketing efforts and develop fully integrated multichannel content marketing campaigns
- Develop content marketing plans across the marketing function that brings together product marketing public relations demand generation field marketing and creative services to achieve joint goals
- Develop and adapt content plans that support a variety of marketing campaigns across productspecific and thought leadership pieces
- Write develop design and edit a variety of content pieces across mediums and channels including blogs videos whitepapers eBooks podcasts and infographics
- Create and execute on digital content strategies across all online platforms that drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
- Stay on top of trending industry topics and competitive analysis providing insight to adapt the content marketing strategy and tactics
- Collaborate with management on key performance indicators and processes that support the scale growth and development of the overall content marketing program
- Proactively analyze performance metrics and pivot/optimize based on competitive analysis and market response
- Build creative assets including infographics videos blog headers and social images and support their development and approval
- Develop SEO best practices knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
You Are
You love to write! Youre passionate about technology trust and OneTrusts family of products. Youre willing and able to learn new industries and tackle trending topics. You know how to build content people want to read. You understand SEO best practices. Youre able to create multiple pieces of content covering a broad range of concepts in any given week. You have critical eye for editing based on the house style while also providing the guidance to improve the teams approach to writing. Youre experienced in executing content marketing campaigns from the ground up. Your team player skills help you work both alongside peers and with managers. You have a creative eye for both writing and imagery. You have a rollupyoursleeves attitude that does what it takes to get the job done. You have a knack for learning quickly while paying attention to detailin a fastmoving environment. Youre a professional communicator internally and externally. You have great ideas to build uponourexisting content marketing program and catapult it into the nextstage.
Your experience includes:
- A BA/BS in communications marketing journalism or equivalent working experience
- 57 years content marketing experience with relevant campaign or integrated marketing experience
- Excellent writing skills across a wide range of deliverables
- Experience working with content management platforms (e.g. Wordpress) analytics (e.g. UTMs Google Analytics) project management tools (e.g. ) and Salesforce
- Expertlevel understanding of SEO principles and strategy
- AP and Chicago style mastery and ability to work within OneTrusts style guidelines
- A portfolio of samples included with your application
