The Opportunity
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring across our Engineering and business support teams. In this role youll work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand team needs proactively build strong talent pipelines and deliver a firstclass candidate experience.
Youll be at the heart of our hiring strategyowning the fullcycle recruitment process optimising sourcing tactics and ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive effective and aligned with company goals. This is a chance to shape how we grow partnering across teams to bring the best talent into UserTesting.

What Were Looking For
Extensive experience as a recruiter (inhouse and/or agency) with a focus on software engineering roles in fastpaced global SaaS environment
Strong sourcing skillscomfortable using direct outreach creative sourcing and engaging passive talent
Proven ability to build manage and nurture proactive talent pipelines
Skilled at managing multiple priorities while offering consultative guidance to hiring managers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsyoure comfortable advising influencing and partnering with leaders
Datadriven approach to recruiting with experience using metrics and tools (e.g. Workday) to drive outcomes
Experience ensuring consistent equitable and inclusive hiring processes
Comfortable working in a remotefirst environment based in Eastern Time Zone
Willing to travel occasionally to connect with hiring teams and key stakeholders
