The Role and The Team
This is an exciting rare and unique opportunity for experienced Emergency Service Managers to join Airservices Australia as a Line Leader within our Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Service (ARFFS) Team.
We are looking to hire in the in the following locations: Alice Springs Darwin Karratha Launceston Mackay Melbourne Newman and Rockhampton.
Reporting to our Head of Aerodrome Services you will ultimately be responsible for the safety leadership and performance of our (ARFFS) teams within your respected station location including workforce planning managing budgets and operational costs and effective delivery of our services to our clients. The Person
To be successful in this position you will bring extensive people management experience particularly within an emergency firstresponder environment along with strong commercial acumen. You will be a naturalborn leader who thrives in highpressure highstake surroundings whilst building and managing an engaged and efficient workforce. In addition you will possess the following.
