In the role of Portfolio Change Manager you will join our Personal Banking Change and Communications Team thats doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage the portfolio of projects in the PB pipeline from initiative to allocation and through the lifecycle
  • Leverage the data in the PB pipeline and available reporting to actively manage the change portfolio to ensure smoother delivery of change into PB.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the portfolio to prioritise manage and provide updates on the portfolio of change activities
  • Manage a team of change professionals provide coaching support and capability development to help them grow in their roles.
  • Lead key continuous improvement initiatives to support and develop the practice.
  • Develop and manage a 90 day plan each quarter to drive priorities and focus for the team.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in different environments
  • Ability to balance the strategic with operational priorities and deliverables
  • Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic complex and changing environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create meaningful insight and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership teams
  • 8 years experience in change management delivery
  • Experience in leading and managing a portfolio of projects
  • Proven ability in building strong credible stakeholder relationships at various levels.
