YOUR MISSION

Were looking for an experienced Paid Brand Advertising Manager to spearhead our branding initiatives on YouTube and Programmatic platforms (DSPs like DV360 TTD). You will develop and execute strategies manage significant budgets analyze and report performance (awareness consideration brand lift) and collaborate with internal teams to drive impactful brand campaigns.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop manage and optimize Google Ads (YouTube focus) and Programmatic (DSPs) campaigns to achieve branding objectives.
  • Utilize diverse ad formats advanced targeting bidding strategies (CPV tCPM) and ensure brand safety.
  • Implement audience segmentation and analyze campaign performance focusing on viewability completion rates reach frequency and Brand Lift studies.
  • Use DV360 The trade desk and Google Ads Editor.
  • Develop paid media branding strategies and report on key metrics.
  • Manage substantial branding budgets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams and use Looker for reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3 years experience in Google Ads (especially YouTube) and Programmatic DSPs (DV360 TTD) for branding.
  • Strong track record of achieving brand goals (awareness consideration brand lift) with video advertising.
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation targeting and branding KPIs.
  • Experience with Brand Lift studies and other branding measurement frameworks.
  • Skilled in Google Ads Editor ad serving/tracking technologies and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with paid branding on social platforms (Meta TikTok).
  • Familiarity with conversion lift/incrementality testing.
  • Experience with advanced brand measurement techniques (e.g. thirdparty surveys).
