What will you do
Respond to customer needs via chat phone and email
Provide tailored advice and solutions to players
Represent the company professionally in every interaction
Meet daily weekly and monthly performance targets
Candidate profile
Experience in a customerfacing role (chat email phone)
Experience in the gaming sector is an advantage
Proficient in web tools MS Office and typing skills
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
Empathetic and serviceoriented approach
Solid oral and written communication abilities

Fixed salary with monthly performance bonus
