Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IRM expert to join our Regional Information Risk Management Team in Spain (RegIRMES) Team of Information Risk / Technology Risk.

The responsibility of this team is providing direct Information Risk Management (IRM) support to the IRM officers in the countries (currently France Italy UK NL Belgium and WB). RegIRMES also supports Information & Technology Risk (I&TR) in the development and maintenance of the nonfinancial risk management framework (policy setting and advisory) with a focus on Information (Technology) Risks:

• Information Technology (IT) concerns managing Information (Technology) Risks within IT Governance IT Management and IT Security;
• IT Resilience concerns measures to ensure Availability of Business Services;
• Information Management concerns managing Information (Technology) Risks within the lifecycle of information and use of information to the benefit of the stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

As an IRM expert you will:

• Be a trusted IRM advisor towards IT and business management in the countries supported and towards the other nonfinancial risk specialists;
• Create and publish strategic and adhoc risk analyses risk papers and risk reports with fact finding research and documenting activities;
• Perform parts of the functional oversight of the regional IRM community by means of QA reviews as part of our functional steering role;
• Coordinate in challenge and periodically report upon the risks of key strategic IT programs and projects;
• Develop and maintain training modules and train the your NonFinancial Risk (NFR) colleagues.
• Support the Regional Head of IRM (RegIRMES) with research fact finding collecting evidence and documenting activities;
• Support the Regional Head of IRM (RegIRMES) in the reporting on IT Resilience risk

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of I&TR Framework Policies Minimum Standards Procedures Methods and Techniques;
• Identify external / internal developments initiatives and threats. Translate these proactively in IRM Vision Mission and Strategy of ING Bank and its branches;
• Contribute to the identification of the impact of and the coordination of responses to law and regulatory changes ECB reports etc. and monitors the followup of the regulatory issue solving.

• You are an expert in the field of Information (Technology) Management possessing indepth knowledge of IRM and IT processes.
• You are able to deal with and advise on complex and difficult matters that are a major concern to senior management of ING Bank and its branches.
• You are a trusted Expert IRM advisor who directs advises and supports the identification analysis and mitigation by IT risks to ING that result from inadequate security of information (supporting business applications IT processes databases and supporting infrastructure) with the aim of assuring reliability of information integrity and the availability of systems.
• You challenge and monitor IT risk management processes and quality.

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo Regional de Gestin de Riesgos de la Informacin en Espaa (RegIRMES) dentro del equipo de Gestin de Riesgos de la Informacin / Riesgos Tecnolgicos.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es proporcionar apoyo directo en Gestin de Riesgos de la Informacin (IRM) a les responsables de IRM en los pases (actualmente Francia Italia Reino Unido Pases Bajos Blgica y WB). RegIRMES tambin apoya a Information & Technology Risk (I&TR) en el desarrollo y mantenimiento del marco de gestin de riesgos no financieros (definicin de polticas y asesoramiento) con foco en los Riesgos de la Informacin (Tecnolgica):

• Tecnologa de la Informacin (TI) gestin de riesgos de la informacin dentro del gobierno la gestin y la seguridad de TI.

• Resiliencia TI medidas para asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios de negocio.

• Gestin de la Informacin gestin de riesgos de la informacin a lo largo de su ciclo de vida y su uso en beneficio de les stakeholders.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Comopersona experta en IRM vas a:

• Ser una persona asesora de confianza en IRM para la gestin de TI y del negocio en los pases apoyados as como para otres especialistas en riesgos no financieros.

• Crear y publicar anlisis estratgicos y adhoc de riesgos informes y documentos de riesgos mediante investigacin recopilacin de hechos y documentacin.

• Realizar revisiones de calidad (QA) como parte de la supervisin funcional de la comunidad regional de IRM.

• Coordinar desafiar y reportar peridicamente sobre los riesgos de programas y proyectos estratgicos clave de TI.

• Desarrollar y mantener mdulos de formacin y capacitar a tus compaeres de Riesgos No Financieros (NFR).

• Apoyar a la persona responsable regional de IRM (RegIRMES) en tareas de investigacin recopilacin de evidencias y documentacin.

• Apoyar a la persona responsable regional de IRM (RegIRMES) en la elaboracin de informes sobre riesgos de Resiliencia TI.

• Contribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento del marco polticas estndares mnimos procedimientos mtodos y tcnicas de I&TR.

• Identificar desarrollos iniciativas y amenazas internas/externas y traducirlas proactivamente en la Visin Misin y Estrategia de IRM de ING Bank y sus sucursales.

• Contribuir a la identificacin del impacto y coordinacin de respuestas ante cambios regulatorios informes del BCE etc. y hacer seguimiento de la resolucin de estos temas.
