As a Technical Consultant you will collaborate in boosting highvalue product sales by applying a strong technical perspective to support strategic decisionmaking and customer engagement. In your daytoday you will have the following responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between vendors and the organization
- Provide specialized consultative service and implement drive and maintain vendor programs marketing and training
- Review and negotiate the terms of vendor contracts and communicate with vendors regarding daytoday matters
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor vendor performance
- Research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
This is an entrylevel professional contributor position problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. In this role you will explain facts policies and practices related to the job and you will work on projects of limited scope and complexity. In this position you will follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
You will use company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues for which answers can be readily obtained. Work is reviewed regularly by a supervisor or more senior peers.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or a related field
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Direct experience in Cybersecurity is considered a strong plus
