Job Description
Le programmeur CNC est responsable de la programmation des machines commande num rique afin d assurer une production s curitaire respectueuse des objectifs de qualit co ts et d lais r pondant aux besoins des clients.
Responsabilit s
- laborer des programmes complets accompagn s de la documentation n cessaire
- Tester les programmes et assister l atelier lors des d marrages
- Modifier les programmes selon les retours de l atelier m thodes ou qualit
- V rifier et optimiser les trajectoires de coupe en respectant les standards
- Participer activement au processus de validation initiale (FAI)
- Signaler toute anomalie pouvant affecter la production ou la qualit

The CNC Programmer is responsible for programming CNC machines to ensure safe production that meets quality cost and timing objectives fulfilling client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop complete programs with all necessary documentation
- Test programs and support the workshop during machine startups
- Modify programs based on feedback from the workshop methods or quality teams
- Verify and optimize tool paths according to company standards
- Actively participate in the First Article Inspection (FAI) process
- Report any issues that may affect production or product quality
Requirements
Profil
- Ma trise des outils de programmation (CATIA V5 Vericut) et de la Suite MS Office
- Connaissance en conception d outillages d usinage
- Souci du d tail m thodique avec bonne capacit d analyse
- Capacit travailler sous pression et respecter des d lais serr s
- DEP en technique d usinage avec ASP en commande num rique DEC en g nie m canique ou exp rience quivalente
- 3 5 ans d exp rience en programmation CNC id alement dans l usinage de pi ces en aluminium et titane secteur a ronautique
- Bilingue fran ais/anglais l oral et l crit pour communication client

- Proficient with programming tools such as CATIA V5 and Vericut plus MS Office suite
- Knowledgeable in designing machining tooling
- Detailoriented methodical with strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Diploma in machining techniques with CNC specialization Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of CNC programming experience preferably with aluminum and titanium parts in the aerospace industry
- Fluent in both French and English spoken and written for client communication
