Your tasks at a glance
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery pricing and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately concisely and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations building rapport and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook Word Excel and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking reporting followups and managing patientrelated activities.
A clear view of your assets
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics retail banking insurance travel sales restaurants gyms etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized resultsoriented selfdisciplined and have excellent prioritization time management and problemsolving skills..
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- Your experience in an eyecare environment is an asset.
- Required:You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for your training(expenses covered by Vision Group).
- Schedule: You have flexible availability MondayFriday (typically 8:30 am5:00 pm with alternating Thursday/Friday 6:45am4pm).
* Please note that clinic parking expenses are not covered by Vision Group
