What is the Opportunity
As part of an alliance agreement Aecon Nuclear has been awarded a contract with Ontario Power Generation to support the Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP). Beginning in 2023 Aecon will support the validation phase design procurement early site preparation and site mobilization scope for the Construction of the Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor at the Darlington site.
The PCC Manager serves as the senior authority overseeing the overall health integrity and performance of the project schedule. This role is accountable for critical path management schedule KPI tracking and timely decisionmaking to resolve execution challenges that threaten project outcomes. The PCC Manager leads the Project Control Center (PCC) ensuring alignment across engineering procurement construction and project controls functions.
