What does the role involve
- Leadership of a team of people including training conducting performance reviews scheduling shifts managing leave and attendance.
- Ensuring your section of the warehouse runs smoothly to keep stock in our stores for our customers.
- Helping to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best.
- Maximising resources efficiency to achieve business goals while controlling costs and minimising losses.
- Delegating tasks efficiently capitalising on the skills roles and interests of your team members to achieve results.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance safety and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nutures excellence.

Qualifications :

Additional Information :
- Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of $44.19 penalties.
