About your new employer:
- Our client is a leading Australian Law firm specialising in personal injury and class action.
- The firm is committed to advocating for clients rights and addressing injustices.
About the role:
- Working closely with the Practice Leader of the Class Actions team.
- Oversee of class action lawsuits (Employment and Financial Services) across all phases of the litigation process.
- Gather evidence and draft highquality wellstructured legal documents.
- Attend mediations negotiations and trials.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with 8 15 years PQE with experience working on major class/commercial litigation cases.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Excellent time management skills ensuring tasks are delivered in full and on time.
