As an Associate in Lending Services youll be the trusted link between our corporate and institutional clients and their financial solutions. Youll ensure their lending needs are met with ease handling credit processes lending options and fund products like a pro. Collaborating with industry specialists youll share knowledge drive improvements and deliver an exceptional client experience. Based in Sydney this permanent role within our Institutional Bank (WIB) offers fulltime hours and the chance to grow your banking expertise in a dynamic environment.
What do I need
- Client Relationship Management Youll be working with corporate and institutional clients understanding their unique lending needs and ensuring they receive a seamless service experience. Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships will set you apart.
- Commercial & Business Acumen This isnt just about numbers; its about strategy. Youll need to understand lending products financial markets and credit processes knowing how they intersect with client business goals to offer the best solutions.
- Proactive ProblemSolving Anticipation is key. Rather than waiting for issues to arise youll proactively identify potential roadblocks propose solutions and work collaboratively to ensure smooth transactions. You thrive on thinking ahead and finding smarter ways of working.
- Compliance & Risk Awareness Financial services come with responsibility. Youll need a solid understanding of regulatory requirements corporate policies and risk management to ensure all transactions are compliant and securewithout making them feel like bureaucratic hurdles.
- Collaborative Team Player Success isnt a solo act. Youll be working with internal teams product specialists and key stakeholders to deliver toptier service. Being able to influence share insights and support colleagues is just as important as managing client relationships.
