Job Description
Primary Purpose of Job
The key focus of your role is the signing development and management of emerging male and female talent and to generate revenue for the Models business. Your role will include meetings with prospective talent and nurturing those relationships until the point of signing. You will be working closely and collaboratively with Development managers in other IMG Models offices as well as building relationships with secondary market agencies to continue the development of Australian talent through international placement and travel. Additionally you will have a strong focus on image and collaborating with photographers and creatives to achieve strong test shoots and editorials to further develop talent portfolios.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Identifying and signing of appropriate talent (both traditional and nontraditional) for IMG Models
- Identifying and establishing new customer and agency relationships for the Models team
- Working collaboratively and strategically with all colleagues in the Models team within the Sydney office toensure revenueand commercial opportunity is realised
- Working creatively on editorial and image clients to support individual model trajectory and IMG image within the market
- Identify emerging creative talent to collaborate with IMG models
- Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues in other Models offices within IMG (globally) to understand broader projects and business goals and movement of development talent throughout the network
- Maintaining an awareness of the greater WME Fashion business and its operations
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
