About the Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader your role will empower individuals with a disability injury or health condition to achieve and maintain meaningful and sustainable to meet specific targets you will provide tailored guidance/coaching job placement and ongoing support to your client commitment to understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this role.
This role will require you to visit employer sites regularly so a current drivers licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this location. Costs incurred for this purpose will be reimbursed.
Requirements:
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

To excel in this role you will be committed to making a difference through connecting and supporting your clients into sustainable employment. You will be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills bringing experience in coaching mentoring and case management within employment services or a related field. Problemsolving and goalsetting abilities are essential alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
Organisational skills attention to detail and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience are key traits as you navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
You must be able to balance empathy dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
