About the Role
The Rehabilitation Unit Kew is a 20 bed unit specializing in the care of patients who are recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions/injuries. Care and discharge planning is provided by an interdisciplinary team which includes the nursing. The Rehabilitation nurse is integral to the recovery process as both the bedside clinician and the conduit between the patient and the interdisciplinary team.
