About You
The Engineers Australia Accreditation Support Officer (Casual) provides general administrative assistance to support the accreditation process for engineering programs. This role involves helping to gather and organise documentation maintain accurate records and assist with scheduling and communication tasks related to accreditation. The officer works under direction to ensure activities are carried out in line with Engineers Australia requirements and university procedures.
To be successful in this position youll have/ youll have as a minimum:
Experience in Engineers Australia accreditation procedures and processes (or equivalent).
Experience providing administrative support ideally within a tertiary education or training environment.
Proficiency in standard office software including word processing spreadsheets and document formatting with a willingness to learn university systems as needed.
Ability to organise tasks effectively follow instructions and meet set timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to respond to routine enquiries in a clear and professional manner.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment contributing to shared goals and supporting daytoday operations.
Certificate III or IV in Office Administration or equivalent education (Year 12) and/or experience is highly desirable
