Job Description

In this 12months fixed term contract as ourPerformance and Reward Consultant youll play a key role in supporting our Performance and Reward Team. Youll provide expert advice manage salary survey submissions and ensure accurate benchmarking across the business. Youll also be the goto expert for international mobility supporting assignees and stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle.

What youll do

  • Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local approvals
  • Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
  • Benchmark roles using leading survey providers
  • Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes
  • Provide project management support for reward initiatives
  • Deliver insights and guidance to HR recruitment and business leaders

What were looking for

  • 2 years experience with Workday essential experience
  • 2 years experience in international mobility(highly regarded)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
