Job Description
In this casual Grade 1 or 2 Occupational Therapist role you will be responsible for covering leave (weekday availability and some weekends) across rehabilitation and acute services at Epworth Health Care.
You will be part of the acute and rehab allied health teams and report to the Occupational Therapy Manager and Allied Health Manager
You will make an impact by:

- Providing clinical care based on best available evidence
- Having welldeveloped organisational and planning skills
- Been able to interact and collaborate with all members of a multidisciplinary team
To be successful in the role you will:
- Be available for both short and longer periods of leave coverage during the working week
- Be proficient in assessment management and discharge planning of patients across a range of clinical areas
- Demonstrate accountability with a strong supportive and engaging communication style
- Relevant hospital experience as an Occupational Therapist
- A Victorian Drivers license (and willingness to drive with patients in the car in metropolitan Melbourne)
- Excellent computer literacy including MS Office Word and Excel
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Qualifications :
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent as recognised by the World Federation of Occupational Therapy
