Barista

Your Role

As a GYG Barista youll be the face of our Caf Hola preparing highquality coffee and serving up good vibes all day long. Youll work in a fastpaced energetic environment where teamwork and positive energy are key. Youll ensure every cup meets our high standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction quality

• Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink

• Deliver fast friendly and knowledgeable customer service in a highvolume environment

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment

• Support general restaurant operations such as order taking food prep restocking and cleaning

• Follow GYGs recipes portion standards and food safety procedures

Qualifications

• At least 1 year barista experience.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

• Availability to start early Mornings.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
