Lawyer Brand & Customer Experience
Drive legal strategy at the heart of customer and product experiences. Were seeking a talented junior Lawyer to join our team providing expert counsel across trade agreements competition and consumer law and strategic brand initiatives.
This fulltime position will focus on Endeavour Groups trade agreements (vendor terms merchandise contracts) ACCC clearances marketing/pricing advice and offer opportunities to contribute to privacy brand loyalty and digital initiatives.

This team plays a crucial role in harmonizing our customer and regulatory interactions ensuring seamless and compliant operations. You will play a pivotal role in managing Endeavour Groups contracts with trade vendors across our extensive network of retail businesses hotels and wineries including our own brand products. Additionally you will provide essential support on strategic acquisitions and when required offer legal guidance on data privacy digital loyalty and other brandrelated matters. This role provides legal support across Endeavour Groups diverse portfolio encompassing iconic brands such as Dan Murphys BWS ALH Hotels Pinnacle Drinks EndeavourX and our wineries as well as various corporate functions. Qualifications :

To effectively contribute to our dynamic customerfocused environment and expand your legal expertise you should ideally have the following skills and experience;
- Law degree current legal practicing certificate and 35 years of postadmission legal experience.
- Proven inhouse legal experience within a large complex organization preferably in the retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience at a toptier law firm (highly regarded).
- Expertise in independently drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Experience or a strong willingness to develop expertise in competition law digital data privacy and brandrelated legal matters.
- Ability to apply a commercial and practical approach to achieve business objectives.
- Strong technical legal capability.
- Agile work style with excellent prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively utilizing support from Senior Lawyer and General Counsel.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Holistic and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to make pragmatic riskbased judgments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate effectively as a team player.
