What youll do:
This is your opportunity to lead our audience growth strategy across all digital platforms and drive innovative content distribution approaches that connect our automotive content with millions of enthusiasts. Youll build a datainformed content ecosystem that grows our reach while establishing carsales as a leader in automotive digital content.
- Develop comprehensive audience growth strategies and implement platformspecific content approaches that maximise engagement across website YouTube TikTok and social media channels
- Lead a talented team of digital specialists who collaborate to create platformoptimised content that resonates with diverse automotive audiences
- Analyse audience data to understand performance patterns and share insights that inform content decisions across the organisation
- Design innovative approaches to repurpose automotive content across multiple channels while building trust with both internal teams and platform partners
- Grow our digital presence by staying connected with emerging trends and implementing forwardthinking strategies that keep carsales at the forefront of automotive content
Qualifications :

- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret audience data and share meaningful insights that drive content decisions
- Proven track record in building and implementing social media strategies that connect with automotive enthusiasts or similar passionate communities
- Motivation to design innovative content approaches deliver measurable audience growth and evolve our digital presence in a rapidly changing media landscape
