Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age mileage and history of the vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish and monitor followup time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
- Verify that final invoices reconcile with the work performed on the repair order
- Clearly explain all completed vehicle maintenance and charges to customers
Qualifications
- Experience with Reynolds Ignite preferred
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Must have previous experience as a service advisor assistant lane manager or service consultant
- Must be professional and friendly
- Must present strong computer skills
- Must have the ability to learn new systems
- Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
- Must be willing to participate in a preemployment background check & drug screening.
