Primary Function of Position
The Sr. Global Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for planning developing and executing impactful integrated marketing communications and programs to improve awareness reputation and demand for the Intuitive portfolio of offerings. You are exceptional at driving audiencecentric communications to reach customers and patients with the right message in the right place at the right time. You are skilled in program strategy development and activation excel at integrating across global teams and amplifying across communications channels (e.g. exec. comms employee comms brand digital events PR sales etc.) to delight the customer and ensure a seamless experience.
Essential Job Duties
- Define global communications objectives audience segmentation strategies tactics assets creative deliverables project schedules and return on investment measurement
- Drive audiencecentric integrated marketing efforts with little oversight that effectively integrate paid earned shared and owned channels
- Serve as a subject matter expert on integrated marketing communications including audiencecentric communication streams multichannel campaigns success measurement trends and opportunities
- Define integrated communications plan and required content briefs prioritized against audience and channels to inform editorial output
- Develop and manage omnichannel campaigns in collaboration with channelspecific and regional teams including but not limited to digital email web OOH nurture and event channels
- Measure optimize and report on the impact and effectiveness of integrated marketing communications efforts offering insights and recommendations for enhancement
- Partner with internal stakeholders including brand and creative product marketing regional and incountry marketing and crossfunctional departments to define and execute content by audience and communication channel
- Develop a datadriven approach to prioritize test evaluate and optimize integrated marketing communications initiatives in order to reach defined objectives
- Conduct proactive followup monitor measure and analyze the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative inputs/techniques to enable continuous learning and campaign/program optimization
- Model a collaborative and teamoriented approach work collaboratively throughout the business
- Partner with internal and external agencies to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing integrated marketing communications initiatives preferably in the healthcare industry
- The ability to build positive collaborative relationships across different teams and at all levels of the organization
- Highly skilled at informing and editing storytelling to drive audienceoriented content
- Strong program management skills to ensure progress progression in a timely fashion
- Deep functional expertise in all aspects of marketing communications with a proven trackrecord of driving business results through marketing and sales enablement programs
- Excels at working crossfunctionally aligning multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated demand campaigns that drive audiences through the marketing funnel
- Experience making effective factbased decisions with data and the ability to obtain data from market and customer research to inform those decisions
- Creative thinker who can tie the role of marketing programs to the overall product and business strategy
- Highly organized detailoriented and focused on personally executing at the highest levels
- Superb verbal presentation negotiation and written communication skills
Required Education and Training
- Bachelors degree required MBA or Masters degree preferred

We provide marketcompetitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
