In this position you will be responsible for selling Boschs automotive product portfolio (all product lines including fuel injection systems electrical drives chassis control and more) to new and existing OffHighway and OnHighway OEM customers both in the OE and OES channels.
- Crossfunctional and crossdivisional coordination with regard to strategy market development requirements management in key growth areas.
- Strategic and operational account management for existing and new customers (i.e. price / contract negotiations product lifecycle management KPI tracking).
- Identify and act upon new growth opportunities with new and existing customers/markets specifically in the Agriculture and EV segments.
- Development implementation and tracking of a strategic roadmap for new customer acquisitions.
- Deriving market requirements for product management and jointly developing required product roadmap to grow business with key customers.
- Actively participate in a global sales team in order to align activities and conditions for global OEM customers.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related area (Sales Marketing Engineering)
- 3 years of experience managing large OffHighway or Automotive OEMs including sales marketing or engineering experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with executive level internal and external audiences
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Technical competence to drive high level product related discussions with customers
- Independent and flexible in dealing with new tasks and initiatives
- Ability to solve complex problems independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive negotiating skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to travel minimum 20%
- Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship. Not eligible for VA/VN assignment.
