AHRC NYC is looking to hire two Administrative Assistants (AA) for their Brooklyn Day Programs. The AA position involves a variety of routine administrative functions in support of the daytoday operations of a work unit. Under direct supervision the AA performs entrylevel administrative activities for a work unit; performs data entry; processes forms and requisitions; maintains recordkeeping; organizes and files information; prepares routine reports and correspondence; responds to requests for information; provides general office assistance; and conducts receptionist duties.
Locations: Brooklyn
Salary: $35000 per year
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30am 4:30pm....35 hours per week
