We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The HR Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.
To ensure success the HR Coordinator will have excellent administrative and HRIS skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow HR guidelines for reviewing and entering employee status changes.
- Maintain employee digital files in the HRIS system.
- Assist in the processing of new hires through iCIMS applicant tracking system.
- Interact via email and by phone with contacts to ensure all data received is accurate complete and in compliance with Company procedures and guidelines.
- Enter PTO for eligible new hires into HRIS system.
- Enter/process background requests; monitor to completion.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email relating to hire information benefits staff changes PTO questions etc.
- Any other job assignments as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred.
- 2 years of experience as an HR/HRIS Coordinator is essential.
- UltiPro and iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Tracking Systems and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decisionmaking and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
