Job Description
Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for an energetic efficient and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Environmental StoneWorks team.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in customer service and accounts receivable. Previous experience in the building products construction/subcontract services or related industries is desirable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating flow of paper from order entry invoices
Liaison between warehouse customers and office personnel
Account and Pricing Set Up
Inside Sales
Accounts Receivable
Tracking Shipments
Contacting customers for correct shipping information
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications :
- Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with customers and coworkers and works to maintain constructive working relationships
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with customers management colleagues inside and outside the Company
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a productive manner
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Must be organized detail oriented accurate
- Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions
- Strong MS Office skills including Word Excel Power Point and Outlook
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

The US pay for this fulltime position is $20.00 $26.00 per hour medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Fulltime is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week.)
