Job Description
We are seeking a MS/Tele FLOAT for a 13weeks travel/contract assignment in Utica NY 13502. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: 12hr. Days
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2016 $2160
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Accurately assess plan implement and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient tracking
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Float efficiently between various hospital units as needed
- Maintain a safe compassionate and supportive environment for patients and families
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
- Active NY State RN LicenseRequired
- BLS Required
- ACLSRequired
- NIH Stroke Scale CertificationRequired
- Epic EMR experiencerequired
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 75mile radius qualify for travel pay.
