Work crossfunctionally with design technology and business teams to gather and define requirements decompose them into Agile features and stories and phase delivery in alignment with SAFe Agile principles. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of customercentric design experience mapping and digital transformation within a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document customer experience requirements in partnership with business and customerfacing stakeholders
Prioritize features and capabilities based on customer impact business value and technical feasibility
Phase delivery using SAFe Agile methodologies to align with PI Planning and increment cycles
Maintain a customerfirst lens while driving alignment across UX product and engineering teams
Support journey mapping and voiceofthecustomer insights to inform quantify and validate solutions
Lead endtoend customer and user journey testing to validate experiences against realworld use cases uncover friction points and inform iteration
Continuously refine the backlog based on evolving priorities feedback and performance outcomes
Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams manage system settings plan and execute testing and prepare channel readiness documentation

Demonstrated experience with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage complex multiyear initiatives
Strong analytical communication and prioritization skills
Background in customer service industries a plus
