Responsibilitiesinclude:
- Collaborate with arobustportfoliooffranchiseeaccountsintheirdevelopmentofnewbuild/conversionMarriottSelect & MidScale Brand projects.
- SupportingthedeliveryofMarriottSelect & MidScaleBrandprojectswithafocusonschedulebudgetandtothequality standards required by the organization.
- ProvidingvalueaddedprojectdecisionsforFranchiseesandMarriottutilizingconstructionindustryexperienceteam collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Provideconsistentcommunicationstoownershipsinternalstakeholdersandhotel management teams.
- SupportingallaspectsoftheprojectdeliveryprocesswithDesignDevelopmentProcurementOwner/Franchise Services Risk Management and various other departments
- Utilizingaproprietarydatabase/projectmanagementsoftwaretotrackmultipleprojectsforaccuratereportingand forecasting to internal stakeholders.
- Establishingadetailedknowledgeandabilitytodeliveronbrandstrategyprojectsthroughclosecoordinationwith internal team disciplines.
- Responsibleforcoordinationanddocumentationofallmilestonesiteobservations. (Inperson & Virtual)
- MarketandactivelysupporttheproductsandservicesprovidedbyMarriottInternationalsGlobalDesign Division.
- Sharingbestpracticesandlessonslearnedtopromotecontinuousproductandprocessimprovement.
- Performotherprojects/assignmentsbasedonbusinessneeds/demands.
- Partner and collaborate with shared Assistant Project Manager role in support of Owner/Project Pipeline Management.

Education/Certifications:
- 4yeardegreeinConstructionProjectManagementArchitectureor Engineeringpreferred. (orequivalentwork experience within the industry)
- Minimum 4 years (5preferred)progressivefieldconstructionexperience. (preferablyinthehospitalityindustry)
- LEED/Greencertificationsencouraged.
- Applicableprofessionallicenses/certificationsencouraged.

The pay range for this position is $44.90 to $62.26 per hour.
