Job Description
Are you passionate about early childhood education and leadership Join our team as The Growing Tree Child Care Center Manager where youll lead a dynamic environment that fosters growth learning and safety for children. This role is responsible for the daily operations and overall management of The Growing Tree ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining a nurturing environment for staff children and families. Due to the sensitive nature of this role discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Associates Degree Required
Batchelors Degree Preferred
Level III North Carolina Early Childhood Administration Credential (NCECAC) Required
Four years of experience in an education or child care facility or four years in a supervisory capacity or a combination of both. BSAC certificate of training or 900 additional hours of verifiable experience working in a licensed child care program serving schoolage children.
