Job Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment LLC is seeking a detailoriented individual to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a Room Inspector. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and standards of our hotel rooms enhancing the guest experience. As a Room Inspector you will be the driving force behind the scene ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms directing room attendants to correct any issues and approve the cleaning of rooms and linen storage areas.
- Prioritize guest checkouts and pickups updating the status and resolving any discrepancies.
- Verify room status on digital systems and complete reports accurately.
- Check cleaning equipment ensuring compliance with hotel and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Distribute morning assignment reports adjusting as needed throughout the shift.
- Assist with guest requests resolving issues and following up on maintenance orders.
- Lead and guide room attendants work ensuring the team delivers exceptional service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of hotel housekeeping experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest and team interaction.
- Basic computer skills for reporting.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and expert understanding of chemical usage.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and endure physical demands of the role.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
