Our Supervisors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Supervisors two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Supervisors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in daytoday activities in highvolume fastpaced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guests needs
- Assist in training of new hires set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly encouraging team player
- Open and/or close lead shifts key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

- Prior experience as shift lead crew lead supervisor team lead restaurant manager restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
