This role is essential in fostering a positive rehabilitative environment for patients recovering from illness injury or surgeries. As a Physical Therapist in home health you will evaluate each patients physical condition develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy interventions aimed at maximizing each patients independence and quality of life. You will engage closely with patients families and caregivers to educate them about their conditions and the necessary steps for recovery. This position demands effective communication skills clinical expertise and a compassionate approach as you work with individuals of varying needs and backgrounds. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of physical therapy practices and demonstrate the ability to adapt therapies to suit the home environment. - Masters degree in physical therapy
- 1 year of home health experienceas a physical therapist
- Currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation
and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
