What were looking for in a Speech and Language Pathologist

To excel as a Speech Language Pathologist at Chileda youll need a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology and a Wisconsin License for Speech and Language Pathology or the commitment to obtain one within your first year. Experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities is preferred as it equips you with the empathy and understanding essential for their growth. Intermediate computer skills will be necessary to navigate various software programs enabling you to document progress and track therapies efficiently.
