Position Overview:

As a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist you will play a critical role in improving residents communication cognition and swallowing function. Responsibilities include:

Completing comprehensive speech language cognitive and dysphagia evaluations
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Providing evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including nursing PT and OT
Educating residents families and caregivers to support carryover and success

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school with a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
