SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of speech language and/or feeding services including assessment treatment and parent education/coaching in a multidisciplinary setting.

Education:
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology required
Experience:
Two years related pediatric experience preferred
Licenses and Certificates:
Speech Language Pathologist Licensure from the state of Arizona SLP Licensing Board required
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association required
AHCCCS Provider identification number required may be obtained upon hire
BLS certification required

FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE
Employees are required to maintain a current Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Evidence of a current and valid fingerprint clearance card must be received to begin and maintain employment.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles risk of electrical shock and risk of radiation.
