ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Dir Supply Chain Strategy & Performance Core Working Capital you will perform critical Finance Planning and Performance Management activities to support the North America Zone.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Cash Flow and build strategy and take actions to ensure budget delivery
Assist with both longterm and shortterm planning for the business including: long term business planning and annual operating budgets and monthly forecasting
Facilitate internal monthly Business Cycle Supply Chain and North America Zone Performance review and Monthly routine management meetings
Complete Gap Analysis on missed performance targets with senior management; develop action plan to address gaps utilize toolbox to support action plans set internal objectives and work closely with management to ensure alignment
Be a clear liaison between the Supply Chain Leadership Team and Zone FP&A and Global Supply Chain Teams regarding performance new initiatives gap closure and Risk & Opportunities.
Support the Supply Chain Leadership Team in monthly PR MPR 1YP and 3YP builds
North America Zone liaison to Global reporting models and tools supporting Cash Flow management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree (emphasis in business/marketing/finance/engineering or related field) or equivalent industry experience
General business acumen and understanding of performance levers affecting financial statements
Strong leadership skills
Selfstarter with eagerness to learn new topics and develop expertise
Very strong Excel & Power point skills
23 years relevant experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
Strong communication followup organizational and presentation skills
Familiarity with syndicated data software and measures
