Straz Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. This position will proactively support the organizations HR function by serving as a dedicated point of contact for assigned departments. This dynamic role involves actively managing talent acquisition and staffing needs fostering positive employee relations providing comprehensive benefits and payroll support ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance standards and contributing to the growth and development of our employees through targeted training initiatives. This role will also contribute to a diverse range of other HR projects and tasks that are critical to the smooth operation of the HR function.
Located in downtown Tampa the 335000 squarefoot Straz Center one of the largest performing arts complexes in the country offers a teambased work environment that shows our dedication to the community every day.
