We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our fastpaced manufacturing team. If you have a solid mechanical and electrical background and enjoy solving equipment challenges this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values reliability safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors conveyors and manufacturing equipment
- Conduct equipment adjustments and alignments to ensure optimal performance
- Replace defective components and perform major service overhauls
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to perform accurate repairs
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS
- Assist with process improvements and equipment reliability initiatives
- Mentor junior technicians and support crossfunctional maintenance efforts
What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals schematics and use precision measuring tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Comfortable operating shop equipment (e.g. drill press band saw power tools)
- Understanding of safe work practices and environmental protocols
- 2year Technical Degree (preferred)
Physical and Safety Requirements:
- Ability to work in an industrial environment (lift bend climb etc.)
- Must follow all safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions immediately
