Job Description
- Perform basic operations to test and repair downhole cable for submersible pumps and motor equipment under direct supervision.
- Receive and inspect cable; conduct basic testing procedures.
- Use hipot machine to perform basic cable repairs and learn cable splicing techniques.
- Complete required paperwork to process cable for inventory or field use.
- Ensure tasks are performed correctly to support cost containment efficiency profitability and overall operations.
- Learn and comply with all relevant company HSE (Health Safety and Environmental) policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate application of HSE policies in daily duties.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition subtraction multiplication division).
- Utilize basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Use basic computer skills as needed.
- Entry-level position with expectation to learn and grow within the role.
