Job Description
Position: Customer Support Agent (Remote)
Prosearch Recruitment Consultants is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in connecting top talent with top companies. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent.
As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance via phone email and chat
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Guide candidates through the application process providing support and answering any questions they may have
Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both clients and candidates
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client and candidate interactions
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients and candidates
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
12 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships
Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus but not required
