Key Qualifications:

CPA certification is mandatory as this role involves document signoff authority.

8 years of experience in public accounting with a primary focus on Audit services.

Exposure to a variety of industries such as nonprofits construction real estate energy life sciences and others.

A Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.

A track record of business development and/or an interest in contributing to firm growth.

Strong interpersonal abilities with confidence in clientfacing interactions and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $160000 $220000 annually (depending on experience)
