Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by our Managing Tax Partner take the lead in new client relationships manage existing client relationships and grow into a position of even greater challenge and influence.
If youre a tax expert with the mindset of a consultant a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters including compliance planning and consulting to clients across various industries.
- Take responsibility for signing tax returns ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and grow a highperforming team.
- Manage and nurture client relationships serving as the primary point of contact for taxrelated inquiries and services.
- Shape the future of the Firm alongside senior leadership
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 7 years of tax experience (experience in public accounting strongly preferred)
- CPA EA or JD required
- Proven leadership and client management skills
- Preference will be given to candidates in Central Ohio
