Job Description
We are seeking a Service Communications Assistant to support our customer service and operations departments by facilitating effective communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented organized and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage internal and external servicerelated communications
Draft edit and distribute service updates memos and client notices
Serve as a liaison between clients and the service team to ensure inquiries and issues are clearly communicated and resolved
Track and report communication metrics and feedback to management
Assist in preparing service documentation and client materials
Maintain organized records of correspondence and client interaction
Support team initiatives to improve communication flow and service efficiency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or a related field
12 years of experience in customer service administration or communication roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities
