Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to support and enhance our internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging improving stakeholder engagement and representing the Nexmos Design brand through professional and strategic communication channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
Draft edit and distribute clear and concise communication materials (press releases newsletters internal memos etc.).
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitor and respond to public inquiries and media requests.
Assist in organizing events presentations and public appearances.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communication touchpoints.
Support crisis communication efforts when necessary.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
