Job Description
Bela Brand Bat is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Orlando. As the first point of contact for our company the Receptionist plays a critical role in representing our brand and ensuring smooth daytoday front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
Assist with administrative tasks data entry and filing
Support other departments with general office duties as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Friendly professional demeanor with a customerfirst attitude
